We understand sometimes it can be difficult buying products on-line so we will work with you as quickly and as easily as possible to ensure that any exchange or return is dealt with in a flexible and caring manner, no matter how big or small your purchase is.
After reading the information below carefully please submit your information to our return form:
- LA Uggs will happily assist you with an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All products must be unworn and in the original packaging. In the unlikely event of a defective product return, original packaging is not required.
- Prior to any return, for any reason, it is your responsibility to ensure that the on-line return form has been completed and submitted. Where possible, please print a copy of the submitted return form and include it in your parcel.
- Only products purchased through our website are to be returned in accordance with the directions set forth here. If you have purchased a product at a local store in your area, please return it to the location of purchase. If you are unable to return it to the location of purchase please email us at email@example.com or call us on 02 42 852 648 (within Australia) or +612 42 852648 (internationally) and we will assist you in handling your return.
- In the unlikely event of a defective product being returned for an exchange (within 30 days of purchase) we will pay the shipping costs (exclusive of boarder import/export duties) to have a replacement sent to you. If you wish to exchange a product because of incorrect choice (including but not limited to style, size, color) the costs of the return are your responsibility.
- Any goods which are sent for an exchange (excluding defective claims) which do not comply with original condition standards shall be returned to you at your expense.
- In all events we will not refund any import/export duties applied by your local authorities.
- Once we have received your completed on-line return form we will wait to receive your parcel, once we have that, we will follow the directions you have outlined in your return form (whether you would like an exchange or refund) and we shall have the requested action done within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the return by us. On occasion we made need to discuss aspects of your return with you prior to action, in this event the action will be taken within 7 days of the resolution between all parties, to your request.
- We encourage you to send all returns to us using a traceable form of postage, we will not provide an exchange or refund where we have not received the return.
